2" Burrel Steam Traction Engine - Belconnen ACT - S1326

A newly completed Steam Traction World 2" Burrell. It has been fired several times for testing. Some minor works required.

  • Full manufacturers instructions ans paperwork
  • Easy assembly, and dissasembleable.
  • Runs well on Charcoal
  • Included firing tools
  • Manageable size, easy two-person lift.
  • Ready for a boiler inspection by your club inspector.

For the experienced engineer to work on:

  • Slight leaks from some valves and some gaskets. Lapping/reseating needed in a few locations.
  • Crosshead valve runs well but could be replaced for a cleaner-made unit.
  • Drain Cocks leverage to be reworked.
  • Some cosmetics to be cleaned up.

Great for someone with a bit of experience to commission it fully, or someone with the right mates who wants to learn!
