A very compact motor with an in-built reduction gear. Typically these can be chained 1:1 to your axle, depending on your final wheel diameter.
Perfect for 5" gauge locomotives, with a standard setup using one on each bogie.
- Plug-in Power Connector Fitted
- Standard 18t 3/8" BS sprocket.
Other sprockets sizes and alternative tooth counts available to order.
If you are operating 48v, you can connect two in series, keep them chained together, and run the higher power you need. Our standard setup for the QR2400 and 7.25" 48 class uses this arrangement.
