- Platework for cab is complete. Tender is complete.
- Rolling chassis with pistons machined.
- Assorted castings including Blast Pipe with Petticoat have bee completed.
- Some valve gear complete, but some machining required.

Built by a well known machinist. This has the promise to be a fine example of a C38 with minimal work.
