Blowfly Steam Locomotive in 5" Gauge

 

Built by George Punter of Bundaberg, presents as virtually a new locomotive, this engine has a lot of life ahead. It has only done training runs, no serious passenger hauling.

Original boiler certificate in 2014. Re-certificated in 2025, only needing a pressure gauge. Certificate is current.

This includes:

  • Engine and riding car per photographs
  • Copies of the build article magazines
  • 12v start-up blower
  • 12v battery in holder
  • Firing tools and tube cleaning brush
  • Kero-soaked starting wood
  • Oil Can and Oil storage containers with oil.

This is a chance to purchase an engine in good-to-excellent condition, built by a well known and respected builder. It has done very little work, and would suit a purchaser of many years to come.
